Dry Ingredients

  • 3 c almond flour
  • 1 c flaxseed flour

Mix these dry ingredients in a large bowl. This will serve as your main bowl for all other steps. Next, take out your high speed blender.

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ c agave
  • ¼ c maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ c flax oil
  • ¼ c + 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ c orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 splash almond extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Skinny & Co Coconut Oil

Mix together ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour blended liquid into main bowl and stir until mixture feels moist.

  • ½ c white raisins
  • ½ c dates
  • ½ c sunflower seeds
  • ½ c apricots
  • ½ c coconut flakes
  • ¼ c sesame seeds
  • 1 c pecans

Chop all ingredients by hand or use a food processor. Once chopped, pour fruit and seed mixture into the main bowl. Stir ingredients together until fruit and seed mixture is evenly distributed.
